2. AI Processing Disclosure

Important: When you use our AI-powered tools (including FORGE AI and The Cornelius AI), the text and content you submit are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC via their Claude API for AI processing. Under our commercial API agreement with Anthropic:

Your inputs are not used to train AI models
API data is retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring, then deleted
Anthropic does not share your data with third parties for their own purposes

We recommend not submitting sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information) in your AI prompts unless necessary for the service you are using.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
